Business Freight Accounts

For companies that need regular ferry freight quote support and ongoing assistance.

Companies that ship to the islands or along the coast every week or every month shouldn't have to start each quote from scratch. A business freight account is for shippers with a regular pattern: the same corridors, similar cargo and predictable timing.

Tell us about the pattern, and we review options for it as a whole, not one shipment at a time.

  • Repeat shipper support
  • Recurring corridors
  • Volume planning

Tell us the pattern

Share the corridors you ship on, how often, what a typical shipment looks like (trailers, containers, vehicles, refrigerated units) and the delivery times you need to meet. With that picture we can compare routes and sailings for your regular moves and point out where a different port or sailing day would help.

When volumes change, for a new contract or a seasonal peak, let us know ahead of time. More notice keeps more options open.

Keep shipments consistent

Regular shipments run more smoothly when the details stay the same: consistent cargo descriptions, complete paperwork and accurate dimensions and weights. We flag what slows shipments down at the terminal, so it can be fixed once instead of on every shipment.

If several people in your company book freight, agree on one way of describing the cargo and one set of reference numbers. It makes every shipment easier to follow and to reconcile afterwards.

Review the corridors from time to time

Rates, surcharges and schedules change. An option that was best last season may not be the best now, so it is worth reviewing your corridors regularly. We can look at the pattern again whenever your needs or the market change.

How a quote request works

  1. Step 1: Send the details

Origin and destination, what the cargo is, its dimensions and weight, and your sailing window.

  2. Step 2: We review the options

We check which ferry, RoRo or barge services and port pairs fit your cargo and dates.

  3. Step 3: You get a quote

The quote lists the sailing options and what each one includes.

  4. Step 4: We arrange the booking

We book the option you choose with the carrier and tell you which documents it needs.
